Brief:

The Civil Service Reform Unit commissioned me to produce a prospectus to explain the future of Civil Service reform.

A new Civil Service reform and modernisation team was set up in April 2020 led by Director Caleb Deeks, working directly to the Civil Service Chief Operating Officer Alex Chisholm and Head of the Civil Service/Cabinet Secretary Mark Sedwill.
