Kathryn Samson is an independent graphic designer and design educator based in south-east London. She has been freelance since 1997, and in that time has built up a diverse client list, largely through recommendation. She has established a fantastic working relationship with many of her clients during this time, working on dozens of successful projects, and as a result has an intuitive understanding of their brand, positioning and needs when briefed.

On the portfolio pages you can find many examples of Kathryn’s work, ranging from stationery for a start-up charity to point of sale graphics for a major store. Working from her home studio allows Kathryn to be flexible in terms of time, and without large overheads, enables her to keep design fees at a sensible level. She has many professional contacts, including photographers, developers, illustrators, copywriters and printers, and is happy to recommend them.
