Brief:
A new Civil Service reform and modernisation team was set up in April 2020 led by Director Caleb Deeks, working directly to the Civil Service Chief Operating Officer Alex Chisholm and Head of the Civil Service/Cabinet Secretary Mark Sedwill.
The Civil Service Reform Unit commissioned me to produce a prospectus to explain the future of Civil Service reform. A series of in-person events around the country, Civil Service Live, took place annually, but in early summer 2020, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, the decision was made to cancel the live dates in favour of a virtual event. With a short turnaround, the prospectus was designed in collaboration with my clients, as we gathered data, content and imagery.
