Kathryn was commissioned to rework the CD packaging she had originally designed in 1996 for a new vinyl release, due in June 2017.

Rubén González was the pianist in the Buena Vista Social Club, and was recorded at the same time as that now legendary album.  This record took just two days, recorded live with no overdubs. The music poured out of him and the result is both fresh and spontaneous and at the same time deeply rooted in the Cuban tradition.
